Behaviour Support Programme

Service Description

Designed for dogs experiencing reactivity, fear, aggression, resource guarding or other complex behaviour concerns, this 90-day programme provides individual support tailored to your dog, their history and your circumstances. Behaviour support may be eligible for reimbursement through your pet insurance provider, subject to your individual policy. We begin with a detailed pre-consultation questionnaire and 45-minute online consultation, giving us time to explore your concerns and build a clear picture of your dog before meeting in person. Your 2-hour behaviour consultation allows us to assess the behaviour in greater detail, discuss why it may be happening and begin putting practical management and behaviour change strategies in place. Following the consultation, you’ll receive a personalised written behaviour report and plan, along with two 60-minute follow-up consultations to review progress, develop the programme and make adjustments where needed. You’ll also have access to video review and ongoing support throughout the 90 days, with veterinary liaison where appropriate.
